The Sun Valley Nordic & Snowshoe Center has been relocated to the new 58,000 square-foot Sun Valley Club in the backyard of the world famous Sun Valley Lodge. This stunning new facility features a restaurant, lounge, bar and locker rooms, along with equipment repair, rental and storage. Indoor virtual golf also adds to the list of extras. Cross country skiers now have all the amenities of America’s first year-round destination resort surrounding their Nordic ski experience, including two heated outdoor pools, ice skating, elegant dining, exclusive shopping and village ambiance to complement some of the best cross-country skiing in the Rocky Mountains.

Nordic center weather & trail report

Sun Valley Resort will offer two special Nordic ski packages from Dec. 19, 2009 through March 27, 2010.

The one-night & ski package includes one night's lodging and two Nordic day passes. This package is only $74 per person double occupancy and can be booked multiple nights ($138 single occupancy).

A one-night stay and lesson package is also is available.  One night's lodging, one day of Nordic skiing, one day Nordic equipment rental and one group lesson. Also available for booking multiple days, this package is available for only $124 per person double occupancy.  ($188 single occupancy)
